Our Service Promise
When you purchase a complete Dyna-Bal dynamic balancing machine
(includes electronics), Dyna-Bal will come to your plant and
train your operators on how to use the Dyna-Bal and how to balance.
There is no additional charge for this service. This service is
free to customers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. For
customers outside of these areas, actual travel expenses will be
charged. No serviceman fee.
Warranty on Dyna-Bal
Dyna-Bal balancer is warranted to be free of defects in material and
workmanship for two years from date of purchase. This warranty is
limited, however, to parts manufactured by Dyna-Bal. Strobe flash tube,
belts, and photo eye, is warranted for 90 days. {Please contact IEM
for the complete warranty.)
Training
Dyna-Bal offers balancing and vibration analysis classes in Atlanta.
To Dyna-Bal owners, these classes are tuition free. Call us and let
us know what you are interested in and if a class isn't scheduled, we
will schedule a class for you.
